Keep Them Cool!
Try to maintain a maximum temperature of about 70° Fahrenheit (21° Centigrade). Basements and closets are usually ideal locations unless you have a wooden humidor, in which case the desk or other prominent location makes more sense. Although a refridgerator may sound like the perfect place, most are frost-free and remove all of the humidity from the air - exactly what you DON'T want.
Also, NEVER keep your cigars in the freezer; the moisture in the cigar will expand as it freezes, destroying the tobacco around it.
Following these simple directions should allow you to keep and enjoy your cigars for an indefinite period. If you have any questions, check out our frequently asked questions page, or send us an e-mail.
